Lady of the sacred groves in fragrant lime entwined
Rooted in the earth and Hawthorn reach
Walk with me in the trees shadowed embrace
Draw moonlit soft as chalk and rising sap
Ask the woods and ogham spirit, for I am here
In the greening marsh slumber, a storytelling of crows shimmer bright
Switch winds on grass and rushes foretell
Gather all and follow the chalk ridge in the summer
Let me lead your wild free heart to the place where everyone goes
Ask the birds and star cupped stones, for I am here
Strong and sharp as flint, piercing the veil of all time
Sheltering my creatures and kin in weald and salt soaked henge
Protectng my people, my horses and hares
Spitting jewels on the shore in sun and bright jet
Ask the running hare and leaping mare, for I am here
